Re: A little something else

Hi again. Sorry about that link! It was meant for one of my gamer friends, I had it in the same notepad file I was writing my reply to you in so accidentally pasted it in this message! I like the cat vid tho too :)

Yeah perhaps. I'll try more limited juicing with more suitable veg.

Nope not a mistake. Thing is I drink alot of nutritional drinks, about a litre worth per day, so that equals 2.5 litres of fluid. Can't load too much on fluid as even too much water isn't so good either in some ways (dilutes minerals etc). Some drs etc say its important not to overdo it as much as underdoing it. 2 litres + my other drinks would be far enough I think.

Heh yeah I dont watch alot of any type of movies at the moment. I generally always loved horror and action. They dont scare me in the way they do many people (the adrenaline response etc), it's just what ive been into. But either way I hardly watch anything atm anyway because my brain cant handle the light & noise no matter the content. Music is similar, I can't handle much at the mo.

Yeah I know this re: positivity. For years even when exhausted and mostly bed bound ive been extremely positive. This current shift in my health has REALLY changed something because i have been really depressed with the level of pain and dysfunction (I think something 'broke' with my neurotransmitter production).

It's good you're finding things to get onto your 'attacks'. They very much sound like adrenal fatigue attacks indeed. You might have already, but Dr Lam's site is the best ive ever read for adrenal fatigue. His info is extremely spot on describing why and how these reactions happen: http://www.drlam.com/articles/adrenal_fatigue.asp

Thanks for the support & prayer, appreciated. I have faith though it's very hard sometimes!
