Hey there Wisdom. Thanks for the post, appreciated.
I'll have to look at blood type again. I tried it years ago and it does have merit. However when you get to this level, everything you put in your mouth reacts pretty much, so general diets don't apply quite as much as with people with better digestion.
Yeah beets dont agree too well with me. Never have ever since 2000 when i first got liver/gb problems. I used to try it, but it just made my liver hurt worse (like many liver remedies do). Even dandelion tea does it too.
Thanks yes, I have a few new ideas I'm about to start from here, and definitely hoping something can be tolerated. Also I did know about selenium, and it's in a multi mineral I take. However not sure what the best dose is to be on, may need more, thanks.
I actually forget to drink lots of water. Thing is food sits in the stomach so long that when I drink alot of water it makes it all stir up / reflux etc. I drink abotu 1.5litres a day still.
Yeah comedies are good, i like family guy etc. I usually love horror but cant really tolerate it at the moment. Nor can I watch full length intense movies etc, its always too much.
I agree with spirituality and pray every day. Its really hard though, when one gets near death (as it feels quite often that it could be), I find myself sometimes wondering if there really is anything on the other side which is the scariest thought ever, and I do believe so I don't know why this continues to come to mind when I'm at my worst.
Thanks, it's ok, I knew I'd be repeating things, as I know that many of the best remedies and solutions for these types of conditions I've already tried, and am intolerant to so many of them.
Heh yeah Jordan is great. I got one of his first books when I was first sick from late 2000 onward! I was so excited to read it because of his pics and how much weight I lost I thought I could do his program and get well. However the problem for me was never inflammatory bowel disease, which is where he lost his weight, but from severe liver/gallbladder problems and inability to digest fat and meat. Which, unfortunately, is the basis of Jordans recovery! Super low carb, lots of meat and fat. I would absolutely LOVE to have chrons/colitis WITH the ability to digest meat and fats, and do that type of program, as I know how many things it can heal.
Unfortunately my life is a huge catch 22. I really really hope I can get out of this somehow, as yes I would be an amazing success story, and would go on to tell the world.
Thanks again for the support.
~Chris.
