Yesssss, I would have gone comatose too on 9, I think.. I already had so much brain fog..

I was never given SBF except for 1 time, and that was along with the Limcomin. That was when I went nutty... :) So based on my reactions, it didn't help..

Yes, that's the way I understand it to be too re: the calcium.. and the fact that Vitamin D in the Paramin is an antagonist to Magnesium and Potassium..
