Yes it has to be coming from the thyroid bc calcium is the bodies thyroid brake. My thyroid seems to be a lot better as well, I haven't been cold at all this winter whereas before as soon as the temperature got below 20 i would be cold right through to my bones so that makes a nice change as well.
The paramin didn't bother me at first either, it took about 10 weeks for the problems to really start to show, then i assumed i needed less because if i only took 3 a day things weren't as bad.
Did you try taking potassium on it's own?
maybe there is something else in the sbf working with the potassium that made it work for me.
Maybe it is the B1, I credit the B1 and potassium together with fixing my digestion, you need b1, b6 and zinc to make stomach acid. The Wilson 4 lows program has no B1 which I find a little odd since it is so necessary for digestion. I asked Todd why not one day and he just ignored me which was typical whenever i raised a valid point.
