Yes I think diet has definitely helped me, although I don't follow a paleo or Wilson style diet.
In a typical day I would eat, chicken soup, vegetable soup, a cooked meat and vegetable meal, plain greek style yoghurt, coffee, chocolate, cake I have baked myself, maybe sushi, and maybe egg.
So I am still eating carbs and Sugar and even doing that my digestion has healed to a point where I have no issues with it.
I know when I first started it didn't matter how nutritious the food I was eating was because I wasn't able to absorb any nutrients from it but now what I am eating is really helping me and I notice the difference if I have too many chicken dinners and not enough red meat.
