Great to hear your latest hair analysis shows improvement - and to me the way you feel is even more important. Like you, i find that it's not Sugar per say that i am sensitive to (and i have extreme reactive hypoglycemia issues) but simply the amount and the foods you are NOT consuming enough of(in your case and probably mine - protein), along with lack of digestive enzymes, stomach acid and bacteria to help absorb the good out of any food group.

Like you experienced and in my current case, my big issue seems to be with the lack of potassium and large amounts of calcium and the D3 in my current ARL regiment. Rick Malter also thinks it's a death sentence to healing to be on large amounts of paramin, without added potassium (especially for those with glucose intolerance issues) and he believes the paramin doesn't have enough magnesium also for those with this condition. He believes once this is fixed, insulin and glucose levels stabilise and adrenals begins to heal quickly (as long as other triggers are also under control). Going through Sugar issues while detoxing metals, is massive strain on adrenals - how is one ever to recover when something they are taking is making one of the main AF triggers worse. Also for those slow oxidisers with high copper levels on Limcomin - not good - we can't handle the copper in it apparently.

Can't wait till I can say that i now definitely feel normal again also! Might mean i can back to work and move forward. Tx for sharing Amy! Keep it going.
