I wouldn't be worrying about "allergies", either. Allergies point directly to a compromised and poisoned liver. The whole body is very poisoned. Get the crap cleaned out of you and everything you considered an allergy will go away. "A sensitivity" is different. If you take any more drugs, you're going to be really sick. It takes a while for the body to heal and regenerate tissue and heal what the drugs did to you. A good 2 years. Stay AWAY from the poisions is the best recommendatuiuon anyone can give you and that's for a life-time. You'll see Doc mention that on his video blogs. Drugs will ALWAYS shorten your life considerably. THEY and other poisons is what causes diseases in the first place. Get poisoned, then you get the bugs. That includes ALL diseases. Doc says it.
