New Here

Hi Dr. Sutter, I'm new to this group. I've been on 2mg of Valium for the past year and a half and I started withdrawing a few months ago. I'm now at 1.3mg. I was on Valium once before for a few years and was able to come off pretty easy, but developed candida overgrowth and numerous infections. Anxiety hit at that point, so I went back on not thinking much about it. How stupid I was.

Now I'm on McCombs Candida Plan, and have been for a while, but don't have much relief. I thought I'd check out your plan and see what it's all about.

My symptoms include white tongue, urinary pain and frequent urination, migraines, reflux, anxiety, and low blood sugar. Urine cultures have come back negative, so I believe candida got in there.

Any help you can give would be great, along with some info about your plan.
