The only thing I'm worried about with GABA is that I heard it can cause anxiety in some people and I worry that since I'm withdrawing from a benzo, it will have this effect. I guess I'll never know till I try though. I'll definitely give ornithine a try!

About vitamin C, another concern I have is my low blood sugar. Will the vitamin C worsen it? I take about 100mg of vitamin C now and that works fine for me, but recently I've taken about 1100mg and had some bad low blood sugar episodes. Not sure if it's related or not, but wanted to get your take on it.

I totally agree with chiros and alternative doctors about the cause of disease, it makes way more sense than just treating symptoms with dangerous medications. Yea, I wish I knew all this to begin with then I probably wouldn't be in this mess. I just thank God for people like you and Dr. Sutter :)
