Rules of the "road" when you are getting off any of the addictive drugs IS: Do NOT take the drug and the natrual substances together. Wait at least 2 hours before or after you have taken any kind of drug to take any kind of natural supplement, no matter what it is. They clash if you don't pay strict attention to this rule. That might be why drug addicts say GABA CAUSES anxiety. NO! It's because they take the drugs and the natual substances too close together when they are trying to get rid of the drug. Been there. .
