But I do know for a FACT that you can enter ketosis by eating a diet that I first heard about in hardcore bodybuilding circles that resembles the Atkins diet. Nothing but protein and fats, protein and fats, protein and fats. I used this diet while "on" as did quite a few of my friends, clean or not. I will say that as far as adding muscle (pus) mass and cutting fat at the same time, it is amazing. It's also killer on the kidneys and I don't even want to know what else. I think the difference is simply ketosis represents the reduction of the fat cells, while autolysis is the "destruction" of them.
