Autolyisis....

Yes, HOWEVER, from a BIOLOGICAL standpoint, it takes around 72 hours of abstaining from food for autolyisis to occur. THIS is what NEEDS to happen for the body to "eat itself", including the fat cells she wants to lose. Can this be debated? On the topic of FASTING, yes, one can pretty much do whatever they want and call it fasting. There's a church here in town where they give up chocolate, or TV, or somethng of the such and then tell you how they fasted for 30 days. It's pretty common around America at this point. I think MOG has eaten a few almonds or licked a spoon here or there during his 100+ day fast. Do I consider that a fast? Yes!! And an amazing one at that!! I cannot imagine how much better off he is in every way. Depending on how long I'm going, I've drank flax oil, olive oil with lemon, herbal teas with honey ect. This is fine. I tried to make it clear in the first post that I was not attacking her approach, however, I do not think that from a strictly BIOLOGICAL point of view anyone can say that "a little here and a little there" does not interfere with the process of autolyisis and therefore loss of fat cells that otherwise can only be shrunk. If I (and about a dozen leading experts in the fasting field whom I follow) are incorrect about autolyisis, I humbly ask that you would point me to those who would refute this claim of science.

All My Best,
