welll if you model i guess you are small boned. (i used to do that too) they liked to keep us at a size 4-6. what kind of modeling do you do?


i am used to thin people. i was one until i stopped modeling. haa haa. and then i didnt have to care as much. eat some lean protiens it should help you get firmer.
i had that same problem when i stayed thin. pilates is great too. if you can get to a gym and use one of those pilates machines with a trainer its much more effective than at home.

i just dont want you to hurt yourself. a lot of the girls i worked with were ana and bulimic. they shouldnt of been modeling as thier natural body weights were of the normal to chubby variety and some of the taller girls had such wide bones. i felt so bad for them.
