Firstt thing go to top of this forum click on green logo, (one cure cures all) this takes you to Barefoots site once there click on (108 pages) read it! Start drinking distilled water, yesterday! I would suggest to get some of Barefoots lower bowel balance and then do the cleanses suggested in the 108 pages then the Orange juice fast,
