Saywhatagain, I have thought of that too, but I don't think it's the case in my situation. If my problems were due to inadequate carbohydrate consumption, wouldn't my reactions be limited exclusively to the consumption of carbs? As I said, I experience identical symptoms from gelatin, roasted nuts, artificial sweeteners, natural sweeteners (stevia), additives, "natural flavoring", and even chlorinated drinking water. This leads me to believe parasites are the culprit. And For whatever it's worth, I literally am finding hundreds of tiny white pieces in my stools that resemble little nuts or rice bits. Nothing in my diet looks even remotely similar to these little nuts. Ive heard this is a sign of Tapeworm infestation. Hopefully the fact that I am finding so many in my stool is a sign that they are dying off
