Re: Pumping Iron

Pumping weights is hard on the body and "WHIPS" those adrenal glands and this can only end in severe heart issues. Those that walk and most forms of exercise is OK in my book; "IF" they are eating perfect diet and NOT DOING THIS in any way shape or form to loose weight.

Mr. Ford who created the FORD MOTOR company said it best: When I can lay down; I do. When standing, I sit as soon as possible. He believed in resting his body when ever possible. (to bad he didn't treat his employees this theory).

I work from the time I get up to the time I go to bed, I would have to take a vacation to be able to lift weights. I currently enjoy working all day and 1/2 the night and the simple answer to all these questions is this; DO WHAT YOU ENJOY!
