Re: Low norepinephrine?
Mainstream medicine is great if you have a disease. Most on here don't have a disease per se, but a set of symptoms that relates to an inability to cope, thrive, etc. Of course conventional medicine is frustrating for these types of things, they are looking for a specific pathology or disease, which most lack. They aren't concerned with health so much as disease cessation.
I actually appreciate a physician telling me there is nothing he can do, verse a naturopath trying to slam supplements down my throat, cleanses, detoxes, etc. Treating the root cause is all of our goals, but it's often hard to find out what that cause is. Infections, heavy metals, drug abuse, anxiety,
food intolerances , trauma etc. Until the cause is found, all we can really do is treat symptoms, and wait until we find out more about ourselves. I do like Natural Medicince/Products, which is why I chose to take hydrocortisone. It's chemically almost identical to that which our body produces. Of course there are side effects, as there are with other modalities. Look at some of the people who have done nutritional balancing. They have all gone through healing crisis too and some have gotten so sick from Coffee Enemas, etc. Side effects don't scare me, being unhealthy and sick in bed scares me more. We have one life, and you can choose whatever you think makes sense. I agree 100% with you Amber. Take the RX drugs until you find out more about your body, and then come off them, it's your health. It will come in time.
Pray to the Lord. He will guide you.
