I own Dr. Wilson's book about adrenal fatigue, honestly, I am not impressed with it.
Chronic stress and certain level of hypoadrenia are very common as a result of modern life style, however, CRC isn't a common syndrome.
It is true adrenal fatigue affects and complicates CRC but isn't the main cause of this syndrome.

This syndrome is caused by chronic antigenemia and triggered by Antibiotic intake. Then, there are factors that complicate the recovering time including heavy metals, AF, and any other condition that effects the immune system.
