So, just to be clear, you tend not to recommend the enema route more because patients tend not to take them up than their efficacy?
Also, when I do a round of enemas (usually three to get things cleaned out), I usually experience some pretty bad die-off symptoms afterwards. Am I correct in assuming that this is more an effect of moving toxins around in my colon than actually causing huge amounts of candida death?
What are your thoughts on the effect regular enemas might have on the beneficial bacteria in the colon?
