Re: Does Systemic Candida always mean Hospitalization ?

Malnutrition is the lack of essential nutrition, whether that be fuel (measured in calories), vitamins, mineral, amino acids, fatty acids, fiber, or any other nutrients needed to function.

Under-eating automatically causes malnutrition, but getting enough calories by empty-calorie junk food can cause malnutrition too because you may not be getting enough nutrients even though you're getting enough fuel and some doctors and nutritionists believe junk food strips nutrients from the body.

If everyone here who thinks they have "chronic candida" measured how much they are eating, I bet most are under-eating and I bet most of the rest are getting enough calories, but are over-eating on junk food.

Do you think most are not under-eating, but have hampered immune systems from things like overuse of anti-biotics?
