hi i completely disagree with the previous posting. It is a fact that if you have tmau, and it sounds like you may have it you have to stop eating fish, eggs, red meats, brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, quinoa and many other foods high in choline. these foods are all high in choline which is a protein/vitamin that is unable to be broken down in the liver in order to be released normally ie in sweat, urine etc due to missing enzymes required to break down this element. There is a U.S. national website for TMAU as well as the MEBO website
