hi i completely disagree with the previous posting. It is a fact that if you have tmau, and it sounds like you may have it you have to stop eating fish, eggs, red meats, brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, quinoa and many other foods high in choline. these foods are all high in choline which is a protein/vitamin that is unable to be broken down in the liver in order to be released normally ie in sweat, urine etc due to missing enzymes required to break down this element. Do u eat gluten free?
Do u eat yogurt, kefir and fermented foods?
These will help digestion.
Getting your D levels up with vitamin D3 and iodine supplementation as well for the candida overgrowth.
Sugar feeds diseases and fungus.
One of the easiest and cheaper things you can do is vegetable smoothies and small amounts of fruits, such as berries.
Milk and meet is great as long, as it is from grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free cows.
