I use LEF super K because it contains both MK-4 and MK-7 and based on what opinions I've read and seen the amount of each seems about right. Best value I found too
You can take it together with D3 and they both need fat to be absorbed best.
I take one capsule super K with one cap 10,000 IU D3. I'd take that much with less D3 too but taking about 1000 mcg with every 10,000 IUs D3 is the best advice I've found.

I don't really think it's a good idea to take more than 10,000 oral D3 on a regular basis though unless you really have to and can tolerate it. Lkewise some people say they get heart irregularities lke palpitations with a lot of K2, but maybe that's related to insufficient magnesium.
