Re: I have hepatitis c, galstones, kidney stones and ulcerative colitis
I'll give you my skype so we can talk, but I'd rather speak to you by writing.
Regarding your diet, cow milk should be out. It is one of the worst food for a sick person, unless it is raw milk. Also wheat should be avoided at all cost. Until you get your hands on the kefir grains, try to find some goat milk if you must have milk.
Aim for a gallon of liquids a day. Green tea, fresh juices, herbal teas, pure water.
Take turmeric with meals (start with 1/2 tsp and see how you react). Your diet looks very poor, sorry to say. No protein, almost no fats, no raw vegetables, no fruits. Try to find some coconut oil as your main fat source, and a good undenatured whey protein. You don't have access to carrots, so try to drink 12ounces of beet juice daily, divided in 2-3 doses.
Get an enema bag, and start doing coffee enemas. They're really great. Two a day may be a good start.
Make a detox drink with 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, a bit of cayenne, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tsp of honey in some warm water. Drink 3 times daily.
Do daily castor oil packs over the abdomen, for one hour at a time.
