This was my line of thinking. Judging by my inability to wake up in the morning without 4 alarms, low cortisol seems to sound like something im dealing with. Which might also explain why i am absolutely USELESS after i have a food reaction. Like my adrenals dump their remaining adrenaline and cortisol to try and handle the reaction and burn out starting back on page 1.
Whats confusing me though is why my body suddenly thinks it needs an inflammatory response to the majority of things i consume. Thats the mechanism that escapes me, what could have been damaged that made my body think everything is a bad guy?
