Re: Is histamine intolerance related to Adrenal Fatigue?

You said "A problem with the CNS to me seems like it would be chronic and affecting me constantly"

It's progressive and cumulative while there are also fluctuations based on current stress levels. Over time your ability to handle stress lessens more and more. As you know, even food intolerance can be enough stress to cause problems.

There is a point that gets crossed in which you become chronically symptomatic. It seems like you are hovering back and forth over this point. I'm past that point and felt like I couldn't continue forward with my life so I'm only satisfied with being fully healed since my quality of life would be so poor otherwise. Your ability to fall asleep during days of normal amounts of stress are a pretty direct indication of where you currently are on the spectrum (over a large enough sample size).

You asked "My question though is how does one even begin to diagnose or repair something like the CNS?"

This is a much longer answer that I hope to be able to take the time to explain clearly after I'm recovered which should be soon. It's theory based, though, based on information I've come up with through experience, logical deduction, trial and error, etc. This is another reason why I need to recover first to be taken seriously.
