for most of my life ; i was sick often/severe allergies ; BUT ; as my adrenal fatigue has progressed into the very severe stages in the past couple years; i have had basically no allergies; and ive only been sick one time in the past 3 years!(allergies/ sick all the time are high histamine symptoms).

i believe that i am now low histamine ; i do not flush from 100mg of niacin.
copper overload is a symptom of low histamine; not high histamine. so, this is why copper detoxing works for some and not for others.

if someone could clarify;i would like to know if copper toxicity is a reason why adrenaline is being constantly over-produced..? maybe the copper toxicity is causing adrenaline to be constantly produced;which is keeping my histamines low..?(i think this is possible because copper could very likely be the culprit to my severe anxiety/paranoia )

figuring this piece of the puzzle will be crucial. i will tailor my supplementing/diet to if i am low/high histamine.
i am still not 100% i am low histamine - so i will see how i react to b-12/folic acid; which raises histamine.

(if i am indeed low histamine; i believe copper detoxing/raising histamine will SAVE MY LIFE!)
