Good point Kcirla, I agree entirely - "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". Problem is that "food" that many eat ain't really food today. I was shocked and horrified when I was in L.A. recently and tried to get a really healthy breakfast when eating out downtown. So much fried and fatty stuff, a bit different from downtown Auckland, NZ, when I eat out there.
Many antifungals are really foods as you say - garlic, fresh oregano, cloves, onions, cultured & ferments, etc.
Supplements ARE neccessary at times and can help kick-start great health. But, supplements should not be used and abused in favor of a crappy diet, and unfortunately all too often are.
