That's what the advertisers do. They make us believe that you are nothing without this and that..or that this product will make you younger/happier/healthier etc. And as a result of that our minds are captured to a rat race where we think that must be this and that and no matter what, but just..better.

But the real answer, happiness, health and wellbeing is somewhere else.. It is inside us, just need to be found..
