Re: Some Yeast Infected Patients Take Over Two-Dozen Products.

I think an attempt to go out and constantly spending money looking for the right one is the wrong way to do it. But trying lots of different things isn't bad.

I noticed myself constantly trying different antifungals and other things.

Like for example I'm going to pick up some diatomaceous earth, I've heard some good things about it. It costs ~2 dollars a pound, which lasts months.

When you are aware of what you are buying and keeping costs down its more beneficial in my opinion. Certain things seem to work better for me and are easier to implement and stick to, while others don't work nearly as well for some people. Experiment a lot, but don't buy the expensive products that are hyped up.

Food grade HCL helped me a lot in the initial stages where I was very bad. Now that I'm getting better I'm not liking it as much, & I might switch it out soon.
