Did you have ringing in that ear as well? Have heard this is caused by parasites. That seems like a good way of doing it. There's a quote by someone or I might've just read it somewhere that states "all health problems start from the gut".

I'd be closer to feeling better than I do if I hadn't had some of the junk that I have had. Isn't Wormwood the only herb that can cross the blood brain barrier? I remember you telling me that I should try enemas, I still need to. I'll have to get an enema bag at some point. I did buy some Kefir (Tibetan mushroom) but found it a bit disgusting. I'll make my own soon when I have the time but it'll probably be from Goat's milk. Actually goat's milk yoghurt is something I've added to my diet for the probiotic and to create more beneficial bacteria in my gut. I don't know if I should be eating dairy but I need good bacteria from somewhere. I'm not having Coconut milk again though cos the last time I did I was curled up in pain for ages after lol. I'll still eat fresh ones.

How long did it take for the ear problems to go? What's your situation with parasites like now?

Yeah I do definitely agree with that. You can tell as well because I'm still bloated. I couldn't be allergic to fruit possibly? cos I do have dark circles and I've been having a lot more fructose. Might be just that my liver is under strain. Sorry for all the questions.
