We weren't necessarily talking about them being in the brain but definitely in the head under the scalp. Unless you were having permanent headaches, motor malfunctions and/or seizures could you know they were in the brain.
They do move around so it is possible. It's part of their survival instinct to get away when they feel threatened to another part of the body that they feel safe in.
It's not really that far fetched when you read stories of people feeling irritation in their eyes and being prescribed medication only to find that it doesn't work because they actually have a worm in their eye. Then having to have an operation to remove it.
I'm not sure how else we can really give you any evidence of it since you've narrowed our available resources down so that there isn't much left.
It is very rare that it happens but it does and there are certain worms such as the pork
Tapeworm that have been known to enter the brain. I don't know of anyone personally that this has happened to. Though I do have links of people that have fallen victim to this. I'm sorry to have offended you with my post.
