Re: Please diagnose me

Sounds like me a few years ago. You probably have quite a few layers of issues going on, I am not equipped to diagnose you remotely like this, but maybe if I explain my story it might illuminate something for you.

My original symptoms:

Constant infections/flu sickness
White tongue
Insomnia
poor digestion/bubbling
poor nails/hair
racing mind
extreme fatigue
brain fog
anxiety
heart palpitations


I ended up having copper toxicity and adrenal fatigue. A nutritional balancing program got rid of my insomnia, anxiety, brain fog, and racing mind for the most part. It generally improved by health by about 60%.

Now I am focusing on gut issues (candida/ parasites etc.) to try to clear up the remaining symptoms. Water Kefir, aloe vera, better diet, and ACV have already helped about 25%, but i still have a long way to go.

The moral of the story is that these imbalances lead to more imbalances so healing often involves peeling back layers (like an onion) til you find a root cause. I would recommend exploring a nutritional balancing program with the Elimination Diet and some hearty probiotics to start with.
