Or, If you feel confident enough, you might consider reading some books written by reputable leaders in the field of Alternative Medicine. For instance, Dr. Hulda Clark , one of the earliest leaders in total organ/system cleansing and maintenance protocols wrote " The Cure For All Diseases ". I have used her protocols successfully. I also like Felicia Drury Kliment's book "The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet: An innovative program for ridding your body of acid wastes". An excellent read especially for those with some medical background. Another author is Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo who wrote "4 Blood Types, 4 Diets: Eat Right for Your Type". All 3 wellness leaders offer insights on identification of symptoms and taking action to change your diet, lifestyle, cleansing and maintenance programs with suggested supplements to support healing. I found these 3 books inter-twine in their approach and offered me the knowledge to find answers to a healthier life. Healing is not just about jumping form one cleansing system to another; it is about cultivating a positive mental outlook, changing your lifestyle and establishing healthy eating habits that are right for you that support your best health.
