I realize this is many months after your first post but I wanted to reply. Could you update us as to how you are doing?
Have you seen a Homeopathy practitioner? Some of your symptoms stand out as symptoms for the Homeopathic remedy mercury. Especially with your history of amalgams, this might really need to be looked at. Good luck and hope you have been getting help and making progress. Tweet
