The ND I went to for many years was not able to identify my Celiac Disease altho she was advising people to avoid gluten. It seems like the muscle testing doesn't work for the delayed autoimmune reaction so unless a person also has a wheat allergy it won't test positive. A dr would order a complete Celiac Panel but 20% of Celiacs test negative and for those people there are several options - reduction of symptoms on a strict gluten free diet, genetic marker test or the Molecular Serology test.

This ND did find Lyme Disease and later on the serology test was positive. Tweet
