I honestly cannot follow anything you say. Healing implies managing? What. So did MikePylon manage his condition until it healed? I'm pretty sure his lips were unsightly while he was in his treatment process so it couldn't be management.

Most of us doing moist healing have unsightly lips so we're not "managing them" (aka, maintain[ing] more of a healed look.)

If I wiped the skin off every morning and slapped on a lip balm, you'd just think my lips were a little red and swollen. I'd be stuck in EC forever but it would look way better. Now that's management.
