I got to same conclusion as you John. I store two RO water bottles in the fridge as soon as they get empty. My RO water sits on zappicator for 24 hours first. When I prepare IMAM in the morning, water is already very cold and nothing has been added yet. I put dry ingredients in a one quart pot. (10 gr salt, potassium chloride 2.5 gr, vit C 3/4 teaspoon)
Then I introduce CO2 in water leaving room for the juice of one lemon. Voilà ! stir and fill a tall glass before eating anything.
