Re: potassium deficiency scam kills and maims millions

I think the nutrition in Larabars is why when I stick to them as meal replacements I do so very well.

Even though they don't print "raw" on the label anymore (allegedly because of the availability of "safe" ingredients and shelf-life) I still think of them as a valid meal replacement because

1) they're filling and
2) they're highly nutritional -
(The main ingredient is dates and I believe those are still "raw")

Anyway, they're very high in potassium and magnesium and when I have my raw virgin coconut oil and my selenimethionine tablet with them I have a "powerhouse" of a very convenient and teensy-tiny meal.

I buy them at vitacost when there's a sale.

Such a deal for something convenient and pre-wrapped for NON-refrigerator storage I can stick in my purse.
