You pretty much say that everything they suggest is incorrect at this point. Except for your dermatologist apparently. If you know that tests can be inaccurate and topicals are more effective then I can assure you that they do too.

So there's obviously a reason they advised what they did.

If I'm honest your whole "know it all", "know better than all doctors" is just getting tiring at this point. If you think you know all of this information, I can assure you that my doctors do as well. The way you talk about this stuff implies that somehow you know all this info but these doctors couldn't possibly know. Not sure why you think that...

If they thought it was an issue then they would have mentioned it. And all 3 are independent of one another leaving no biases or collaboration.
