Re: AF , ADHD and Sulbutiamine. Am I making a mistake?

It's not my app. It's just a free one I use and like.

Malabsorption, hypoglycemia and allergies are all symptoms of Malnutrition.

Regardless of type A personality being true, a person can easily calorie-restrict on accident. I'm pretty sure I had.

That's the first time I heard the late stages of AF theory. Another malnutrition symptom is easily aroused anger (magnesium deficiency).

If later stage AF people are underweight, how are they supposed to get out of it without getting more calories that gives them more nutrition? If supplements worked without reaching a person's calorie minimums, there would be a lot of success stories here about it. I don't think I've seen any. The few AF success stories I've seen here seem to come from a low-calorie diet and only started feeling better when they started eating a high-calorie diet which they probably didn't realise.

Do you have the support where you live to help you increase your calorie intake to see if it makes a difference. There's really only one way to find out.
