Re: AF , ADHD and Sulbutiamine. Am I making a mistake?

Maybe the calorie-restricted versions of those diets, but where did I mention what type of diet to eat in this thread?

WHO says under 2,100 calories a day is starvation.

Some random days I ate complete vegan, didn't supplement, and didn't make my targeted 3,000 cal minimum:

March 15
Cal - 2,621
B1 - 2.8 mg (236%)
B6 - 3.9 mg (304%)

Feb 18
Cal - 2,482
B1 - 1.9 mg (155%)
B6 - 8.0 mg (619%)

Jan 25
Cal - 2,879
B1 - 2.7 mg (228%)
B6 - 8.0 mg (612%)

Jan 3
Cal - 1,986
B1 - 1.2 mg (104%)
B6 - 3.9 mg (299%)

So not worried.
