Re: My Cleansing Plan
Well, the big day has gotten here, and I have been getting mentally ready for the cleanse before today; not so much physically. I have been drinking more smoothies- green and fruity- and drinking more h2o.
I woke up this morning and decided that it would be too much right now to get into a full juice cleanse. I am going to do a 100% raw food cleanse for a 6 month period, and I will do 1 day a week of only green juice. At the end of this I will do a juice feast of to-be-determined length. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
This way I am doing a cleanse, and also
juicing for deeper cleansing, but starting gently and doing as much juice as I want without feeling like I am not doing enough. Yay!
I will be doing Bikram yoga, warm water enema's, and
Sea Salt Bath's throughout, probably 2-3 times a week; oral probiotic and B-vitamin supplementation, MSM lemon water as well as D vitamins.
Now I just need to stay motivated- and for that I am going to be making a middlin' to fair amount of gourmet raw. YUM!!! I have been craving it for weeks now, and I know that if I don't do a raw food basis for my cleanse (as opposed to the juice only path), I will end up making excuses and eating all sorts of goodness! (I live above a BBQ, Mexican, and Asian restaurant)
