Hello to the Curezone community! I am always so glad to have this resource for my cleansing plans.
I am a 33 years young female. I'd like to describe my plan and get some feedback on the layout, so to speak. It technically starts tomorrow with a pre-pre-cleanse, then a pre-cleanse, then the Juice Feast itself. I have a hard time sticking to things of this nature, as I tend to try to dive into a huge undertaking unprepared. The way I am laying it out for myself this time, I am thinking it will be a more gradual shift into a natural cleansing state, both physically and mentally (I think the slightly more important one for myself, this time).
Medical notes: I have salivary gland stone tendencies, Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and thus tend towards insulin resistance, and am easily 25
pounds overweight right now (thus probably very sugar-whacked right now). And with historically low blood pressure (family and my past physicals)
I have been eating all kinds of things I know will irritate my digestion and cause exactly the things I am dealing with right now(gluten, sugar, dairy, refined junk of all sorts- I have even eaten at fast food joints in the last few months and I NEVER do that!). I have an emotional avoidance eating addiction, and a lot of stress in my life right now from various personal issues.
So here it is: (I start tomorrow!)
The next 3 days: increase h2o intake: I am drinking a little, but I have a history of salivary gland stones, and I live in high altitude. Cut out dairy and wheat (an -intolerant who has been cheating in this area); all meat except this delicious sustainable smoked salmon I get from a friend who makes it); introduce green smoothies and big juicy salads back into my diet, eat a bit of steamed, or roasted veggies or quinoa; and begin my hot yoga again in a dedicated manner.
11 day pre-cleanse: add the following to the above... cut out the salmon, shift over the course of the first 7 days to more green smoothies and salads replacing the steamed and cooked veggies completely by the end of the 7 days.
Four more days of total raw organic solid foods, not very fat heavy. I will stick to sunflower and hemp seeds and hemp olive, and coconut oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt, and fresh ground black pepper.
90 Day JUICE FEAST!!!
I am starting on the Vernal Equinox, waking up to start with a homeopathic (Liddell) libido enhancer brand name 'Female sexua| Energy' spray (this is 2 sublingual sprays 3x a day), then after doing dry skin brushing, I will go on to take a warm water enema.
Next* 32oz Lemon water with MSM and supplements of liquid Vitamin B complex (World Organics brand in raisin juice), and a liquid raw probiotic in coconut water- inner eco brand. Then drink 16oz apple, wheatgrass, ginger, and lemon juice (measurements are most to less in order).
I try to leave at least 30-45 minutes between drinking each .*
Then Bikrams yoga (3-4 times a week) at 7AM, followed by Ginger tea w/ lemon and a tad honey, chlorine free shower/salt bath (during which I drink another 8oz h2o).
Then 3x 32oz green juice, and 3x 32oz lemon h2o (sometimes w/ MSM, sometimes not)
Green Juice will contain Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Spinach, Carrot, Beets, Ginger, and the juice of a lemon for each Quart
Going back to yoga at 5 every day, followed by 32oz ginger tea,
Then lastly I am going to drink 20oz Apple Juice/H2o blend, Flax Seed Meal,
Bentonite Clay, followed by another 16oz h2o

The Weekly Add-Ons:
I am going to start a colon, parasite, kidney, liver cleanse during this Juice Feast by taking a day to do an extended retention coffee enema. A week later, I will do another, the day after which I will start a
parasite cleanse.
I have about 7-8 pills from a bottle of Health-Force Nutritional's Intestinal
parasite Formula (now called SCRAM) that I will probably take before I open the next bottle.
During this I will do a few (food grade diluted) hydrogen peroxide enema's per week (warm water every day regardless), and a
coffee enema once a week. Should I do implantation enema's of probiotic liquids after the coffee as well as the h2o2? Im planning on using the same liquid supplement I take orally.
At the end of this I will give myself a week of plain juice feasting and h2o enema's without any special add-on's, then begin the kidney cleanse. If the
Watermelon is available, I will do the
Watermelon bath thing one day (I will be
juicing melons as soon as they are available anyway); if not, I have some
Watermelon seeds from last season that I will make tea from (I have a great coffee grinder). Recipe's on here, I presume, or does anyone have it?
After this I will do a basic
juicing week, and then begin the liver cleanse. This I am not sure how to do. I am VERY hesitant to do the olive oil thing, I'm not sure why other than that there have been so many divided opinions I have heard about it. So if there are any other options I would be interested to hear about it.
After I reach the end of the cleanse, I am going to do a week of simple
juicing with soaked prunes and dates.
Wow! That about sums it up!
