Well it certainly sounds like a chronic worm infect. Many of us here in same boat. There are only guesses as to what kind of worm u may have, and many protocols to try. That heaviness is the worms and the stuff they spew out. Albenza or tricalbenza is even better if u can get it. Coconut oil is very good too. The kind u cook with, u can eat it and make pastes with it. Epsom Salt baths are a must. Just get started trying dif. Things. They dont die easy. If u have insurance just tell your docyoure having twitching/spasm feeling in brain. Maybe youll get lucky and get a proper diagnos. Some say u can put borax in your shampoo. Use head and shoulders.
