I sometimes cant think properly so to be clear all the time :(. I am now in a better shape than lets say 1 year ago but it was just 1 month ago i discovered i have what seems to be Ascaris (or similar). besides others...candida, bacteria...

the SA Wilson seems to produce the real thing but for me is really expensive. I'm East Europe based so its bit hard to find SA wilson or to buy them here.
I dont have a job either since 2 years but thats it.
Ive managed to receive some from UK - organic Taylors medium roasted -. And might find some organic regular cofee here.

I'm very very interested to have probiotic enema after. I've had just "last part of colon" enema cause not sure how to proceed. I have some bifido powder (dairy free) is it ok to use it ? if i still have parasites and candida there is it usefull to "plant" some probiotics there?

is it water kefir ok to use for internal use?drink? how about enemas with water kefir?i've heard its a fermented food - is it ok?

i cant tolerate milk, milk products or probiotics form milk. i also have bacterial overgrowth and seems (this is my feeling) that some of them are feeding from probiotics. the only ones i was tolerating was NATREN diary free (but they were very very expensive).

did not know i have to follow a long treatment but anyway at least i know now - diary free.

i might comeback with some other questions
