I suggest you start with parasite cleansing. parasites can often reside in the liver. If you start with candida cleansing, you don't want any living parasite to block your bile flow as candida release its toxins. But most antiparasitic herbs are antifungal anyway.

If you're relatively healthy, you can follow your cleanse by a liver flush. If you're already compromised, I suggest you do coffee enemas while cleansing.

Recently I found that there s often no need to use antiparasitic or antifungal herbs, because they might wipe out beneficial bacterias in the process. Instead, use homemade milk kefir. It will kill candida and parasites -believe me, it is much more potent than any herb I've used, and I've used most-, and it will ensure repopulation of good bacterias in the gut. Tweet
