Many parasites and candida can live on anything, and that includes your blood, as well as bile. I agree with you on the fact that toxemia supports the growth of those pathogens. But toxemia is present mainly because of these pathogens.
I agree with you on many benefits that Water Fasting has. But when you're really sick and you go on cleansing "mode", you temporarily flood your blood with toxins that the liver has to process. And if you have no way of getting those toxins out (as bile is the carrier for those toxins, and water don't trigger bile to be released), you're very likely to end up worth. Dr Gerson understood that well when his cancer patients were dying from liver failure at first during his treatment. That's why he started to use coffee enemas.

Understand me well, I'm not trying to deny the benefits of water fasting, but I just have a different point of view. I think it is a positive thing to exchange ideas :)
