Fasting after a flu

I got a flu lately, and now I am fasting on water. It didn't occur to me to start my Water Fast on the first day of my flu, the way I usually do. I got into my fitness training and iron pumping routine, got some great results in building strong muscles, and was afraid that my muscle mass will be lost as a result.

I was so wrong! Even if I tried to use some super healthy vitamin protein shakes instead of normal food.

I was so punished! I had the worst flu I ever had in my life. Actually, I don't remember ever having a bad flu when I was "water-fasting" any possible cold.

After three days of misery, I could not take it anymore. Obviously, vitamins and supplements does not work for me for prevention colds and flus. I give up - back to my old Water Fasting routine.

All the bad symptoms actually disappeared after I started my routine - coffee enema and three rounds of coconut oil pulling. Who knows, maybe it works on its own, but I consider it a sign - together with a little pre-eczema bump I'm my finger (yes, the middle finger) - that it's that time of the year.

I am on my fast now. One day passed, and I don't know how many to go. I just want to see where it leads me. This time I might indulge myself into some feedback. Anyone to post some nice words? I am a suc*** for encouragement. Let me know that I am not alone here.
