Re: Fasting after a flu

Chiron,

Once you try coffee enemas - and believe me, I hated enemas during fasting (during my first supervised fast it was a requirement) - you can't just get without them. The feeling of clean liver is so amazing. I once did a complete by-the-book liver flush, and I will never do that again because it's so time and energy consuming, despite its great benefits. But Coffee-Enema is so easy to do. I buy special organic green robusta and roast it to a golden roast (I have a coffee roaster), then grind and boil it, according to the rules. I have no problem with preparation. Mini Liver Flush is this CE, it is good for longevity and rejuvenation.

I can't give it up now. It would be like giving up brushing your teeth, you'd feel how dirty your teeth are without brushing and expect a lot of dental problems.

I believe that my good health is due to my Coffee-Enema habit. I have other good healthy habits too, but Coffee-Enema is an essential part of the total package.

I believe that CE helped me to recover from my brain injury and to regrow my olfactory nerve.

Nothing perverted in the procedure. Everywhere except the US, enema is a traditional home remedy.
